What is your return policy?
No Return Policy: No returns accepted for refund or exchange. We do not accept returns or refunds on items at this time. This is to ensure the quality of our items and for sanitary purposes. By placing your order, you agree to these terms and accept that all sales are final. If you have a question about an item, please reach out before ordering so we can be sure you will be satisfied with your purchase.
What is the process time of my order and How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 2-3 business days. SHIPPING IS FREE ON ORDERS OVER $50.00. Shipping times vary based on your location. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. However, once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, we cannot be held responsible for delayed or lost packages. Your order will ship to any address in the United States, but the address must be a verified address with the US Postal Service. We may not be held liable for incorrect shipping addresses entered during the checkout process. Please make sure the shipping address you enter is where you want your package delivered, and that all pertinent information, such as your house number, suite number, or apartment number, are included and correct. Sometimes there are delays in transit times across all of our shipping carriers, and these will increase in the holiday season. We cannot guarantee that a shipment will arrive by a specific date, even if the tracking provides an estimated delivery date. We have had cases where a shipment is significantly delayed and shows as unscanned even if it was shipped. You will definitely get your shipment, but we are in no position to guarantee the timeline. The Sapphire Sunflower cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as hazardous weather or other service interruptions that affect mail delivery.
